For my Magazine Page Design Project, I had to design a page using InDesign that would look like a real page from a magazine. The story and pictures were provided for us, and it was about our professor's experience at a mexican restaurant called La Cocina de Frida. We were in charge of laying out the page, coming up with a deck, addings effects to the photos and pull-out quotes. I added a little bit of red color to go along with the red color in the salsa and plate in the picture of the nacho chips and dip, and I added shadows to make each picture stand out.
